Räumungsklage der Eigentümerin 2025/26 vor Gericht abgewiesen, Pachtvertrag offiziell bis 2037 – Bestand rechtlich gestärkt, aber als linke Hausbesetzung politisch weiterhin Konfliktpotenzial. AGH-Kollektiv veranstaltet weiter Punk/Hardcore-Konzerte (z.B. Juli 2026 bestätigt). Booking nur über informelle/linke Kanäle, keine klassische Venue-Anfrage.
