    • Communications: When you contact us with inquiries, we collect your email address and any information you provide in your message. This also includes any reports you submit regarding objectionable content or abusive users.

    • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Services, such as the features you use, the content you view, and the dates and times of your activities.
    • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Services, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. This may also include unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens (e.g., FCM tokens) for our mobile applications.

This includes responding to user reports and taking appropriate action such as content removal or user suspension/termination.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Other Users: Your public profile information and any User-Generated Content you submit to public areas of the Services (e.g., public venue listings, comments, community posts) may be visible to other users.
  • Content Moderators: For the purpose of enforcing our Terms of Service, we may share User-Generated Content and associated user information (such as user ID, time of submission) with internal staff or external third-party content moderation services. This is done to identify and address violations like objectionable content or abusive behavior.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information to legal authorities if required by law or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring company.
